Hi, i get this exact same problem, the only difference is that when i go into the sims folder to open TS3.exe it still wont load, it comes up eith another error reading 'This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem'. I have reinstalled 3 or 4 times and i get the same error.

Anybody else having this problem? Please help me if you have any idea of what to do

Did you get your problem fixed? What is wrong with it that you have to pay to get it fixed? I have had my game since it came out and still cant play the game.

I am having the same problem with the TS3.exe file when i click on it i get this error the application failed to initialze propely oxc000005 Can someone please help me
